Verde is an early variety with tart flavor when young, becoming sweeter as it ripens. Harvest in 85 days. Tomatillo Verde produces large juicy fruits that weigh 3-4 oz. Determinate plants grow 24" tall. Grow two plants to ensure fruit set because two or more tomatillo plants are required for the plants to blossom. 

Plant seeds 1/4" deep then thin to 24" apart. It is best to start seeds indoors.

Medium to large size fruits are ready to harvest when husks split and fruit color changes from a yellow green to medium green. Perfect for Salsa Verde or as a special addition to any Mexican dish.

History: The Golden Jubilee was first introduced in 1943 by the W. Atlee Burpee & Co. which was established in 1876. After almost 150 years Burpee continues and has grown into a very large organization. Golden Jubilee is sweet, mild and meaty. Plant is a second early variety with a deep large oblate shape. Fruit is a dark red colour. Fruits are suitable for tomato sauces and salads. A beef tomato or beefsteak tomato is one of the largest varieties of cultivated tomatoes, some weighing 450 grams or more. Most are pink or red with numerous small seed compartments distributed throughout the fruit, sometimes displaying pronounced ribbing similar to ancient pre-Columbian tomato cultivars

Stupice

A variety originating in the Czech Republic, Stupice Organic tomato seeds were introduced to North America in 1976. Plants are a naturally disease resistant, compact indeterminate (vine) type with attractive potato leaves.

Succulent 4 oz. red fruits have a rich tangy sweet flavor. This vigorous plant with potato leaf foliage is an abundant producer. 

Stupice is a 'cold-set' variety but is also an all-weather standout because it is able to produce in hot weather, too. 

History: This heirloom tomato is from Czechoslovakia and arose in 1955 from a cross made at the cultivator station in the community of Stupice (near Prague). It bears an abundance of very sweet, flavorful 2-3" deep red fruit.

The San Marzano paste tomato is Italy’s top choice as the perfect canning tomato. The flesh is much thicker with fewer seeds, and the taste is stronger, sweeter, and less acidic than Roma VF. This tomato processes well for paste, puree and canning due to their solid nature. Many find this variety better tasting than Roma. The 4’ plant is compact and a prolific producer of bright-red, 2-3” pointy plum-type, fruit over a long season. Crack resistant.

Marglobe Supreme

The Marglobe Supreme Tomato is great for home and market growing as it is the highest producing tomato plant that we have ever seen!

History: It was originally released in 1925 and was first developed in 1917 from a cross between ‘Marvel’ and ‘Globe’. Marglobe Supreme has been in demand for several generations while many other varieties have come and gone. 

This high yielding tomato plant is stocky, vigorous, and has excellent disease tolerance. Its vine growth is uniform and provides good protection from sun-scald. The high yields of crack-resistant, smooth and round shaped tomatoes are perfect for canning.

Speckled Roman has a great, tangy tomato flavor, is on the drier side, quite meaty, with few seeds.

About 3 inches by 5 inches in size and quite heavy. The red color is flecked with short attractive orange stripes. The Speckled Roman Tomato is a dense tomato, great for paste or processing, but the flavor is so good you'll also want to eat them fresh.
