CURBSIDE PICKUP:
This is a non-contact option that you pay a $3.00 handling fee for a 3rd party receptionist to service you. These employees are not employees of Seed2Go so please do not ask them for information, they have no idea. Our office is open from 9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On every FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY (from the week of purchase) and after, your order will be there for pick up. Your order will not be there the same week of purchase nor prior to that Wednesday. We need ample time to package and deliver the orders to our home office on a weekly basis.
Steps for Curbside Pickup
1. You ask the reception to pickup your seed order by last name.
Bring photo identification (may be neccessary). Please be kind to these girls, they are very friendly people and please wait for them to be off the phone to help you.
2. They identify the package and hand it over to you.
3. We get billed for the service to allow you to curbside pickup at this office during business hours only of 9 am to 5pm.
CANADA POST STAMP SERVICES
If you chose the option of shipping by stamp, which is value of $3.61-$4.75, your order is shipped by stamp mail. This can take up to 14 business days to get to your door with expected Canada Post delays.

COURIER SERVICES:
If you see a value of $6.49 or more or FREE for shipping on your invoice, you’re in luck! This means your order is in transit by courier and delivery is 1-5 business days depending on the service.
We strongly encourage customers to meet the FREE shipping threshold of minimum order of $50.00 to qualify for Canada Post ExpressPost (with tracking) or $50.00+ by UPS/Fedex/Purolator with next day delivery.
If you paid for parcel service or ordered more than $50.

Once your parcel is picked up or dropped off at the carrier, transit will begin. It gets moved to the main distribution network and branches out. Tracking will detail received through to delivery. Tracking information will update at the first scan by the carrier. Your responsible for tracking your order, not us.
