Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed. Please contact sales@seed2go.ca to request a change to your existing order.

Return Policy:

Customer is responsible for shipping the goods back to us. If the goods are opened or tampered or expired, credit will not be refunded to the customer.

How long does it take to receive our order?

We ship by Canada Post, UPS or Dicom or by truckload on larger parcels. Service is typically 2-3 days from time of placed order. We will notify you when your items have shipped.

Your order and invoice is under your ‘My Account’ page when you login to your customer profile.

PLACING AN ORDER

I would like to place an order, how do I do that?

Find the product your interested in ordering and select the quantity you would like to purchase and then click add to cart. Once you have finished shopping for all your items, preview your cart by clicking the cart button at the top right of every page. Then, kindly follow through with the checkout process.

Sales Tax on Orders?

We ship to Canada. All sales tax is applied by the shipping and invoicing address.

Do you give payment terms?

We do not give payment terms until such customer produces $4000.00+* in annual purchases through Cash on Delivery/Credit Card transactions. This type of service allows us to deliver your goods on time and keep our vendors satisfied with our professionalism.
