The "Matina" tomato (often misspelled/misheard as "Cousin Martina") is a popular German heirloom, known for being an exceptionally early, high-quality red salad tomato with a delicious balance of sweetness and acidity, juicy texture, and a beefsteak-like flavor despite being smaller (2-4oz).
