Riviera is an improved strain of Italian oxheart that bears huge, meaty fluted fruit that is good for stuffing or sauce. The flavor is mild when raw but makes a flavorful sauce.

Cuor Di Albenga is an heirloom oxheart tomato from Albenga, Italy, known for its large, meaty, pleated, teardrop-shaped fruits that are typically red or orangey-red. The Principe Borghese tomato is an Italian heirloom famous for sun drying.

They have a thin skin and a thick, very meaty flesh that houses few seeds and little juice, with a rich classic tomato flavor.
