History: The Golden Jubilee was first introduced in 1943 by the W. Atlee Burpee & Co. which was established in 1876. After almost 150 years Burpee continues and has grown into a very large organization. Golden Jubilee is sweet, mild and meaty. Its mild flavor pairs well with other ingredients and it holds its orange color when cooked. An All American Selections winner in 1943.

Plant is a second early variety with a deep large oblate shape. Fruit is a dark red colour. Fruits are suitable for tomato sauces and salads. From Italy, this is an improved strain of oxheart tomato. It is very flashy with deep lobes, but a relatively small blossom scar. It is an exceptionally heavy yielder in high tunnels. There is very little gel, so Riviera is good for stuffed tomatoes. Riviera is an improved strain of Italian oxheart that bears huge, meaty fluted fruit that is good for stuffing or sauce. The flavor is mild when raw but makes a flavorful sauce.

The Jaune Flamme is a small round tomato, roughly the size of a golf ball.

The De Barao Pink Giant is a vigorous, indeterminate heirloom tomato originating from Russia and Latvia, prized for its exceptional hardiness, strong growth, and long, productive season. The plants grow very tall—often 6 to 8 feet—earning a “tomato tree” reputation, and require sturdy staking or caging due to their vigorous habit. Well adapted to challenging conditions, this variety tolerates cooler temperatures, partial shade, and adverse weather, while also showing good resistance to late blight. It produces abundant yields of large, pink, plum-shaped fruits weighing about 4 to 9 ounces, often with a small spout at the blossom end.
