Supremo Roma Bush Tomato is a productive, compact determinate variety valued for its large, uniform plum-shaped fruits and strong performance in warm climates. This hybrid sets abundant clusters of bright red, firm, meaty tomatoes with minimal seeds—perfect for sauces, paste, canning, or fresh eating.

Plants form a neat, bushy habit, reaching about 3 ft (90 cm) tall, and deliver a concentrated harvest in 65–70 days. With good disease resistance and dependable fruit set in heat, Supremo is well-suited for garden beds, raised planters, and containers.

A striking, slender chili growing up to 12 inches long, Sichuan Long Pepper delivers medium heat (about 10,000–30,000 SHU) with a clean, bright cayenne bite. The Queen of the Night tomato is an heirloom variety from Germany, known for its striking appearance and rich, savory flavor. It features a unique color palette of orange-red, streaked with deep purple or black "shoulders" where the sun hits it, and a vermillion interior. These medium-sized, round tomatoes (3-3.5 oz) are juicy and well-suited for fresh eating, salads, and slicing.

Aji Limo / Lemon Drop

Aji Rico peppers are narrow and conical, with thin walls and a crunchy texture. They mature from green to red and can be eaten at any stage of ripeness. 

Aji Rico peppers have a citrus flavor and a warm, medium heat level. 

Aji Rico peppers can be eaten fresh, cooked, or dried into a paprika-style powder. They are great in salsas, sauces, and soups.

A chocolate-colored bell pepper with a very sweet flavor. It ripens from green to dark brown on the outside and brick red flesh on the inside. This is our earliest pepper to harvest, with the first peppers ripening at around 57 days.

In early spring, start seeds indoors 8 weeks prior to warm nightly temperatures. Place the seeds in sterile media and cover 1/4” deep. Provide 85°F bottom heat, bright light and keep moist at all times. Seeds will germinate in 7 - 14 days. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow until there are 6 true leaves on the plant. Plant them directly into rich soil, 30” apart or into large 5-gallon containers. Harvest peppers when they are full size and brown.
