Buttercrunch butterhead lettuce seeds are a Bibb type lettuce that forms a tight little rosette of soft, dark-green, upward-facing leaves surrounding a tender, pale centre. The small hearts don't become bitter in hot weather. Later plantings stand well into fall and make good growth in spring cold frames.

Butter lettuce is a leaf lettuce. Leaf varieties have loose heads and are known as the "cut and come again" lettuces as they can be harvested multiple times from a single plant. They are great short season varieties as well as more heat-tolerant than head lettuce.
Applications
Butter lettuce large, tender, mild flavored leaves lend themselves to a number of culinary applications. Add to salads or sandwiches, or use whole leaves as cups to hold fillings such as minced chicken or Korean BBQ. It's vibrant color also makes it perfect for garnishing serving dishes and buffets.

The Satan's Kiss pepper is a small, round, Italian heirloom pepper also known as Ciliegia Piccante or "spicy cherry". It is medium-hot with a Scoville rating of 40,000–50,000 SHU and has a sweet taste with a spicy kick. The pepper starts green and ripens to a purplish-red, is roughly 1-2 inches in diameter, and is traditionally stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies before being grilled.

Appearance: Small, round, golf ball-shaped pods that grow from green to purplish-red.

Origin: Southern Italy, where it is a popular heirloom variety.

Flavor: Sweet with a spicy kick; sometimes described as having a mild sweetness similar to a tomato.

This is essentially a turnip plant that doesn't produce a bulb and is grown for the delicious leaves. Jagged leaves with assertive flavor. Pick when small and tender. Flat Purple Top Turnip Globe

Turnip 'Di Milano dal Colletto Rosa' is often referred to as turnip 'Di Milano dal Colletto Viola' because the coloring that involves the collar of the plants, and in many cases, even two thirds of the root itself, varies from deep pink to purple.
It is a medium-sized plant that develops a limited number of leaves. The leaves have a noticeable clear central spine and thin parallel secondary veins similar to those of dandelion leaves. They are bright green in color, with a strongly irregular jagged margin in the proximal part.
The root is flat, that is, it has the characteristic spindle shape in the upper part but lacks the thinned development that develops downwards, remaining flattened. On the lower side, in the center, a thin root develops that reaches the deeper layers of the soil which must always be well worked. It is from this, even if at the time of harvesting it is not visible because it is lost in the traction phase, that the root capillization develops.
White-fleshed turnips are considered the best because they have a crunchy but not hard texture, good juiciness without being watery, and a high degree of sweetness combined with a subtle spicy finish.
