The White Queen beefsteak tomato is an heirloom variety that produces large, creamy white, juicy, and sweet fruits weighing 8 to 12 ounces. It is an indeterminate plant that often has a pink blush on the blossom end when ripe. The flavor is considered mild but very sweet and is excellent for sandwiches or slicing. 

Color: Creamy white when ripe, sometimes with a pink or pale yellow blush on the blossom end. 

Size: Large, beefsteak-style fruit, typically weighing 8 to 12 ounces (250-350 grams). 

Shape: Generally flat and round, with ribbed shoulders.

Flavor: Sweet and fruity, with low acidity.

Texture: Meaty and juicy, not watery. 

Nice sweet flavor. It can be eaten raw, but it is also popular for making tomato paste and sauces.

Rio Grande tomato produces high yields of large red pear-shaped tomatoes. They are thick and meaty, with a flavor that is mildly sweet with a little of that old-fashioned tart tomato flavor. One of the best paste tomatoes to grow in hot climates and will withstand extremes in temperature, both hot and cold. An excellent choice for beginner gardeners. Highly disease resistant. 

Rio Grande tomato plants are determinate and grow 4'-6' tall and tomatoes weigh 6 ounces.

The Tobago Seasoning Yellow Pepper is a variety of Capsicum chinense that is prized for its fruity flavor and mild heat, used extensively in Caribbean cooking. It is a highly productive plant that produces pods that ripen from green to yellow, orange, and finally red, with the yellow stage being particularly mild and fruity. The heat is rated as mild, around 25,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), and it's a versatile pepper for fresh eating, cooking, and creating seasoning powders.

250 seeds/gram Carrots will grow well in any open, well cultivated, deep garden soil. As the seed is quite small, mix it with some sand when sowing. Once soil temperature rises above 7.5 C (45F), sow seed about 7-15 mm (1/4-1/2") deep in rows spaced 45-60 cm (18- 24") apart. Stagger several sowings over the next few weeks. Keep the seedbed evenly moist during the 3 week germination period. Thin the seedlings during the early stages of growth until they are 5 cm (2") apart. Keep the plants evenly watered, weed free and avoid high nitrogen fertilizers. Harvest any time after the carrot roots develop good colour.
