The White Queen beefsteak tomato is an heirloom variety that produces large, creamy white, juicy, and sweet fruits weighing 8 to 12 ounces. It is an indeterminate plant that often has a pink blush on the blossom end when ripe. The flavor is considered mild but very sweet and is excellent for sandwiches or slicing. 

Color: Creamy white when ripe, sometimes with a pink or pale yellow blush on the blossom end. 

Size: Large, beefsteak-style fruit, typically weighing 8 to 12 ounces (250-350 grams).

Udumalpet eggplant is a variety of eggplant that is purple with white stripes and is shaped like a goose egg. It is native to the Udumalpet region of the Tamil Nadu state in India.
