By submitting logos, trademarks, images, or other artwork for use on custom seed packets, the customer confirms that they have the full legal rights, permissions, and authorization to use and reproduce these materials.

The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all submitted content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property rights belonging to any third party.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal actions, or liabilities arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials provided by the customer.

Our company does not verify ownership or licensing of submitted artwork and assumes no responsibility for the legal use of customer-supplied content.

Our company is not responsible for any perceived or actual damage to a brand, reputation, image, or public perception resulting from the use, sale, distribution, messaging, or design of private label custom seed packets produced using customer-supplied artwork, logos, or marketing content. The purchasing customer assumes full responsibility for all branding, messaging, and promotional use of the final product.

For private label, orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable (except for credit for next year), non-returnable.
