Crystal Wax is a white Bermuda type, flat with almost no neck.

The flesh is waxy white, coarse and mild.

1/2"-3/4" in about 60 days.

Great for stews and soups, but we stir fry with it and crystal white wax carmelizes to perfection.

Also known/used as a cocktail onion for those of you who drink Gibson martinis.

Does not make a good storage onion, but is used fresh for bunching or pearl onions for pickling.

The delicious aroma of the Sweet Marjoram is similar to oregano or thyme, but has a sweeter fragrance that adds a mild and fresh taste to different dishes. Tetragon cabbage, also known as New Zealand spinach, is a leafy plant with triangular leaves, yellow flowers, and small, hard capsules that contain seeds. It's a trailing plant that can form a thick carpet on the ground or climb through other plants.Tetragon is usually grown for its leaves, which can be added in salads or cooked. Thanks to its ability to withstand difficult climates, this plant grows readily in the wild in China, Reunion Island, and New Zealand. It is also fairly easy to grow in Quebec, but it will behave as an annual since it cannot tolerate frost.

Held up by a round stem, tetragon has a really unique look with its thick leaves and quadrangular fruits. Good source of vitamin B1, B2 and C; the spinach is both delicious and nutritious!

Iceberg lettuce grows in small, dense heads. Commonly used in salads and sandwiches, they are prized more for their texture and crispiness than for the flavor of the leaves themselves. Summer Squash Black Beauty produces a huge crop of tender zucchini squash during the summer. Harvest zucchini squash when the fruits are small. This will result in a more tender and flavorful squash. Easy to grow and a great choice for the beginner gardener. 

Zucchini seeds can be planted directly into the garden soil.

Plant seed directly into garden soil 2-3 weeks after the last frost date. 

Make mounds of rich soil 2' apart and plant 2 seeds on top 1/2" deep. Later thin to 1 plant per mound. Keep well watered and fertilized throughout the growing season. Mulching can be useful in conserving moisture and minimizing the presence of weeds. Grow in full sun.
