Jamaican origin commercial pepper

With a heat rating of 100,000-350,000 scoville units, the scotch bonnet can be up to 40 times hotter than a typical jalapeño pepper 

This pepper is hot, fruity and spicy at the same time. 

Much larger than original red scotch bonnet. 

The Yellow Roma tomato is a sweet, low-acid, paste-type tomato with an elongated, plum-like shape and a golden-yellow color. It is firm, meaty, and has a flavor that is less sharp than red varieties, making it versatile for cooking, canning, and fresh eating. The plant is known for being very productive and can be grown in various climates, though it typically requires staking as it is an indeterminate variety.

Capsicum chinense strains require a great deal of attention during the germination process. Moisture and a constant and consistent heat range must be maintained. Place the seeds in sterile media and cover 1/4” deep. Provide 85°F bottom heat, bright light and keep moist at all times. Seeds will germinate in 7 - 21 days. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow until there are 6 true leaves on the plant. Plant them directly into rich soil, 30” apart or into containers. 

Listada de Gandia is an heirloom eggplant variety known for its beautiful, bi-colored skin with purple and white stripes, tender flesh, and mild, sweet flavor. It is an oval-shaped fruit that typically grows to about 5-6 inches long, is productive even in heat, and has a thin skin that doesn't need to be peeled before cooking. It is considered particularly good for grilling, roasting, or baking. 

Appearance: Oval-shaped fruit with a thin skin that has a striking pattern of purple and creamy white stripes.

Flesh: Creamy white, tender, and mild.

Flavor: Sweet and mild with no bitterness, especially when harvested at the right time.

It is a small variety of melon, around the size of a softball. It has flesh similar to most cantaloupes, but with a distinct and more intense aroma, and a more pink hue. It originated in the Charentes region of France, and is most associated with the Provençal area around the town of Cavaillon.

The Scorpion Moruga Green is a superhot chili pepper that is a green variant of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. It features wrinkled, bright green pods that mature to a mustard or light brown color and deliver intense, fiery heat with a fresh, earthy, and tangy flavor. It's known for its high yield and is suitable for hot sauces or spicy dishes, though the red variant has a more refined flavor.

The Green Sausage tomato is an heirloom, sausage-shaped paste tomato that is elongated, about 4 inches long, and ripens to a yellowish-green with green skin and faint yellow stripes. Its flesh is green and has a sweet, tangy, cucumber-like flavor. These compact, determinate (bushy) plants are prolific and suitable for sauces, pastes, and fresh use in salads. 

Shape: Elongated, sausage-like, or banana-shaped.
