Excellent flavor that is extremely sweet and complex. A large 12 oz. heirloom tomato the color of dusky rose and purple. Early tomato and heat tolerant.

History: In 1990, an unnamed variety of seeds were sent to Craig LeHoullier by John D. Green of Sevierville, TN. A letter with the seeds described that Mr. Green got the variety from a woman who, in turn, received them from her neighbor that claimed that they had been in their family for 100 years originally receiving them from Cherokee Indians.

Hong gochu (홍고추) are vibrant red Korean chili peppers, prized for their sweet, smoky, slightly tangy flavor and mild-to-medium heat (around 5,000-7,000 SHU), essential for authentic kimchi, gochujang (chili paste), and stews, offering rich color, depth, and flavor to Korean cuisine, used fresh, dried, or ground. 

Color: Bright, glossy red when ripe, sometimes shiny green when unripe.

Wrinkled Pepper is a specific variety of hybrid hot chili pepper (Capsicum annuum) known for its high pungency and wrinkled appearance. It is a strong-growing, high-yield plant primarily used in Chinese and other Asian cuisines. 

Heat Level: It is a hot pepper with high pungency.

Appearance: The fruits are long and have a distinctive wrinkled skin. They ripen from green to a vibrant red color.

Fruit Size: Individual fruits are relatively large for a hot pepper, typically around 13-16 cm (about 5-6 inches) in length and 3.0-3.5 cm (about 1.2-1.4 inches) in diameter.

Maturity: It is an early-maturing variety, generally ready for harvest around 55 days after transplanting.

Plant Habit: The plant has strong vigor and a semi-upright growing habit, making it prolific and high-yielding.

Usage: It is suitable for both fresh markets and for drying to create chili flakes or powder. 

Glacier ORG

Expect higher-than-average yields of reddish-orange fruits this season. This tomato has an outstanding flavor and grows on potato leaf plants.

History: This heirloom was introduced from Sweden in 1985 and sets the standard for extra-early tomatoes. It produces beautiful red globe-shaped fruits with orange shoulders up to 3 weeks sooner than other tomatoes. If you can hardly wait for that first spring tomato, this is your best choice. Extremely cold tolerant.

Growth: They are a vining plant that requires sturdy support, like a trellis, to grow.

Pods: The pods are angular with four frilly "wings" running lengthwise, and they can be green, purple, or red.

Edible parts: You can eat the pods when young, and the mature seeds can be used like soybeans.

Other edible parts: The leaves taste like spinach, the flowers can be eaten, and the roots can be cooked like a potato or sweet potato.

Cherry-sized fruits are produced in long pendulous clusters right up until frost. It has improved disease fighting ability and is easily to grown on stakes or tall cages. grows well in all climates including hot and dry areas.

This improved variety has all the taste and bounty of Sweet 100, but more hardiness and less cracking. A very nutritious tomato with high vitamin C content. A well-established favorite with a very sweet taste and perfectly bite size.

Black Krim ORG

Beautiful 10 oz. maroon fruits with green shoulders have a flavor that can't be beat. A great prolific all-around tomato. It produces early and continues to produce until frost. Also, heat tolerant and very disease resistant.

History: A Russian heirloom from the Isle of Krim, located on the Black Sea. This rare tomato has a rich salty flavor and beautiful color inside. It is truly unrivaled for flavor - intense, rich and juicy.

La Sucette de Provence is an old French chili pepper variety originating from Provence, France. It has a long, tapered, conical shape measuring about 10 to 15 cm, often compared to a small lollipop or tongue. The pepper matures from green to bright red, sometimes passing through orange hues, and offers a distinctive fruity flavor with moderate heat ranging from about 1,500 to 2,500 Scoville Heat Units. Its thin flesh makes it especially well suited for drying, though the skin can become slightly tough when fully mature. La Sucette de Provence can be used at any stage of ripeness, whether fresh, roasted, or dried, and is ideal for making chili powders, sauces, marinades, and tapas-style dishes.
