Edamame (枝豆, /ˌɛdəˈmɑːmeɪ/) is a preparation of immature soybeans in the pod, found in cuisines with origins in East Asia. The pods are boiled or steamed and may be served with salt or other condiments. In Japan, they are usually blanched in 4% salt water for 5 minutes. When the beans are outside the pod, the term mukimame is also sometimes used in Japanese.[1] Edamame are a common side dish in washoku and as an appetizer to alcoholic beverages such as beer or shōchū. As an ingredient Edamame are found in both sweet and savory dishes such as takikomi gohan, tempura, and zunda-mochi.

Sugar Ann Pea is an early-maturing snap pea known for its sweet, tender pods and compact growth. Plants produce crisp, bright-green pods about 3 inches long that are perfect for fresh eating, salads, and light cooking. Cool-season hardy and high yielding, it’s ideal for small gardens and containers.

Snap peas, or sugar snap peas, are basically a cross between garden peas and snow peas. The whole pod is edible and they have a crunchy flavor and sweet taste.

One of the best features of Sugar Ann is its earliness, up to 2 weeks earlier than comparisons. Its plump, edible pods are very sweet. The short, compact growth habit of Sugar Ann makes it ideal for urban gardeners with limited space who were previously unable to grow snap peas. The peas grow on a compact, 18-inch-high bush and can be grown with or without support. Remove string from pods before cooking.

To be shelled, early dwarf, standing, high productive variety. Vigorous, 50-55 cm high plant, with 13-15 cm long and intense red with lighter cream colored striped pods. Its pods usually carrying 6 oval-shaped cream colored, streaked with red purple grains. It can be used fresh or for industry.  SOWING: Goes from March to mid July, in 50-70 cm distant rows, when temperature is over 10-12°C and the soil is sufficiently humid, using 120-150 kg/hectare seed.

Bush bean variety. Seed is round, large, buff and red mottled. Pods are a very good variety for home gardens as well as for freezing and canning.

White Eggplant is a compact, high-yielding variety that produces smooth, glossy white fruits with a slender, elongated shape. The skin is thin and tender, while the flesh is creamy, firm, and nearly seedless. It has a very mild, slightly sweet flavor with no bitterness, making it more delicate than traditional purple eggplants. Plants are vigorous and well-suited for container growing or small gardens, producing continuously through the season.

About 3 inches by 5 inches in size and quite heavy. The red color is flecked with short attractive orange stripes. The Speckled Roman Tomato is a dense tomato, great for paste or processing, but the flavor is so good you'll also want to eat them fresh.
