Trinidad Perfume peppers are a sweet, flavorful, and aromatic pepper that are similar to habanero peppers but with little to no heat: 

Trinidad Perfume peppers are glossy yellow and lantern-shaped, and can grow up to 2 inches long. They mature from green to a golden-orange color. 

Trinidad Perfume peppers have a smoky, citrus flavor with notes of apricot and melon. They are a good source of vitamin C and beta carotene. 

Trinidad Perfume peppers can be eaten raw in salads, cooked in sauces, stuffed, or roasted. They can also be used to make salsa or pepper powder.

Slightly more spicy than Jalepeno. Available in red and green, red is sweeter than green.

Fresno peppers are a medium-sized chili variety named after Fresno, California, and are often mistaken for jalapeños due to their similar appearance. However, they have thinner walls, mature more quickly, and develop a brighter, fruitier flavor. While generally slightly hotter than jalapeños, Fresno peppers range from about 2,500 to 10,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). When harvested green, they offer a milder heat with a more vegetal taste, but as they ripen to red, they become hotter, sweeter, and noticeably more fruity.

The Green Sausage tomato is an heirloom, sausage-shaped paste tomato that is elongated, about 4 inches long, and ripens to a yellowish-green with green skin and faint yellow stripes. Its flesh is green and has a sweet, tangy, cucumber-like flavor. These compact, determinate (bushy) plants are prolific and suitable for sauces, pastes, and fresh use in salads.
