Stupice

A variety originating in the Czech Republic, Stupice Organic tomato seeds were introduced to North America in 1976. Plants are a naturally disease resistant, compact indeterminate (vine) type with attractive potato leaves.

Succulent 4 oz. red fruits have a rich tangy sweet flavor. This vigorous plant with potato leaf foliage is an abundant producer. 

Stupice is a 'cold-set' variety but is also an all-weather standout because it is able to produce in hot weather, too. 

History: This heirloom tomato is from Czechoslovakia and arose in 1955 from a cross made at the cultivator station in the community of Stupice (near Prague). It bears an abundance of very sweet, flavorful 2-3" deep red fruit.

Marglobe Supreme

The Marglobe Supreme Tomato is great for home and market growing as it is the highest producing tomato plant that we have ever seen!

History: It was originally released in 1925 and was first developed in 1917 from a cross between ‘Marvel’ and ‘Globe’. Marglobe Supreme has been in demand for several generations while many other varieties have come and gone. 

This high yielding tomato plant is stocky, vigorous, and has excellent disease tolerance. Its vine growth is uniform and provides good protection from sun-scald. The high yields of crack-resistant, smooth and round shaped tomatoes are perfect for canning.

Heavy 1 - 2 lb. fruits are juicy and sweet. It has a beautiful yellow color with a red blush on the blossom end and the inside.

History: This big heirloom is originally from Polk County, Minnesota. Big Rainbow tomatoes have a mild sweet taste. Each tomato slice is a work of art, deep golden yellow with dramatic splashes of bright red. 

Jalapeno: Hot pepper grows 3 to 5in long. Fruit is long with a thick skin and is green in colour. It's ideal for stuffing, pickling or adding to your salsa recipe.

A green jalapeño has a fresh, grassy, and crisp taste whereas a red jalapeño has a bit more sweetness to it. This can make a difference in recipes. Some prefer red jalapeños in hot sauces.

This is a late German variety with a good resistant to cold. This variety is very vigorous and produces round, firm and crisp head with green, tender, red-edged leaves.
To be sown from March to September and Harvest from June to November.

Honey Dew: Fruit has a medium vegetative cycle and is yellow coloured. Rind is heavy Fruit weight 1.3 to 1.5kg. Its yellow flesh has an excellent flavour.

‘Blue Pod Capucijner’ is an heirloom variety. It particularly beautiful flowers, pink and red, fading to blue as they wilt. The pods are deep maroon which change to blue through the season. They are delicious when young, but turn leathery as they mature. Peas are hardy, weak-stemmed, climbing annuals. 

The Baby Round Purple Dwarf Eggplant is a compact, high-yielding heirloom variety that produces small, glossy deep-purple fruits perfect for container gardens, raised beds, and small-space growing. These mini eggplants typically grow to golf ball or tennis ball size with tender, mild, creamy flesh and very few seeds. The dwarf plants are highly ornamental and productive, making them ideal for patio gardening while adding vibrant color to the garden. Maturity is usually around 65–80 days from transplant.

Baby Round Purple Dwarf Eggplants are excellent for grilling, roasting, stuffing, sautéing, stir-fries, curries, and Mediterranean dishes. Their small size makes them ideal for whole roasting or skewering on kebabs. The tender skin and mild flavor absorb seasonings beautifully, making them perfect for garlic, olive oil, herbs, parmesan, tomato sauces, and spicy dishes. They can also be pickled or added to pasta, pizza, and vegetable medleys.

Chocolate Scotch Bonnet has a slight bonnet shape like it's yellow relative. But it is much hotter and the peppers get much larger in size. It has a fruity and slightly smoky flavor. Peppers ripen from green to dark brown and can get almost 2 inches in diameter.

Anyone that's ever had a taste of the unique, super-hot Scotch Bonnet chilli pepper will know that it packs a powerful punch – it hits between 100,000 to 350,000 scovilles! To put it in perspective, Jalapeno peppers have a Scoville unit between 1,000 to 10,000. So yep, they're hot.
