Early Italian Red Top, Turnip, di Milan

Turnip 'Di Milano dal Colletto Rosa' is often referred to as turnip 'Di Milano dal Colletto Viola' because the coloring that involves the collar of the plants, and in many cases, even two thirds of the root itself, varies from deep pink to purple.
It is a medium-sized plant that develops a limited number of leaves. The leaves have a noticeable clear central spine and thin parallel secondary veins similar to those of dandelion leaves. They are bright green in color, with a strongly irregular jagged margin in the proximal part.
The root is flat, that is, it has the characteristic spindle shape in the upper part but lacks the thinned development that develops downwards, remaining flattened. On the lower side, in the center, a thin root develops that reaches the deeper layers of the soil which must always be well worked. It is from this, even if at the time of harvesting it is not visible because it is lost in the traction phase, that the root capillization develops.
White-fleshed turnips are considered the best because they have a crunchy but not hard texture, good juiciness without being watery, and a high degree of sweetness combined with a subtle spicy finish.

Wildfire Rocket Arugula, Serrated Rocket Seeds

Wild arugula consists of small, jagged leaves, averaging 7 to 20 centimeters in length, that grow in bunches surrounding slender, upright stalks with bright yellow flowers. The leaves are elongated, dark green, narrow, and deeply lobed with lightly serrated edges. The surface also bears prominent veining that connects into the central, pale green stem. Wild arugula has a crisp consistency with an intense, pungent flavor containing sweet and bitter notes of pepper, nuts, horseradish, and pine. It is important to note that the sharp, zingy taste of Wild arugula is more robust than common arugula and should be used sparingly in culinary dishes.

Easter Egg Radish Mixture Seeds, Red, White, Rose, Purple, Bi-Color

Mix of red, white, rose pink, purple, and bi-color (red top, white base) radishes

Easter Egg radishes are small in size, averaging 2 to 4 centimeters in diameter, and have a round to oval appearance tapering to a single taproot. The radish’s skin is semi-thin, smooth, and taut, showcasing various hues, depending on the variety, ranging in color from pink, purple, red, and white. Underneath the surface, the white, cream-colored, to ivory flesh is dense, firm, and exceptionally crisp. The flesh is also succulent, crunchy, and moist. Easter Egg radishes are known for their colorful nature and crisp, snap-like consistency and have a mild and peppery flavor with earthy and sweet undertones. The radishes also produce green leafy tops that are broad, flat, and serrated, attached to pale green, fibrous stems. The edible leaves can grow 15 to 20 centimeters in height and contribute a vegetal, green, and piquant taste.
