It is used in diverse ways, including raw in salads or in slices, stewed, incorporated into a wide variety of dishes, or processed into ketchup or tomato soup. Unripe green tomatoes can also be breaded and fried, used to make salsa, or pickled. Tomato juice is sold as a drink, and is used in cocktails such as the Bloody Mary.

Verde is an early variety with tart flavor when young, becoming sweeter as it ripens. Harvest in 85 days. Tomatillo Verde produces large juicy fruits that weigh 3-4 oz. Determinate plants grow 24" tall. Grow two plants to ensure fruit set because two or more tomatillo plants are required for the plants to blossom. 

Plant seeds 1/4" deep then thin to 24" apart. It is best to start seeds indoors.

Medium to large size fruits are ready to harvest when husks split and fruit color changes from a yellow green to medium green. Perfect for Salsa Verde or as a special addition to any Mexican dish.

Tomatillo seeds can be started indoors.

Tomatillos are an ingredient often present in Mexican dishes, and the fruit is grown similarly to a tomato.

Sow seeds 2-3 weeks before the last frost date and transplant when soil is warm.

Plant seeds 1/4" deep and 3" apart. Seeds should come up in 14-21 days. 

Thin plants to 24" apart after germination.

Each packet contains 30 Organic Tomatillo Verde seeds. Physalis philadelphica. Annual. Open-pollinated, heirloom, non-GMO. Harvest in 85 days.

Sweetie Cherry Tomato is an open-pollinated, indeterminate cherry variety that produce heavy clusters of super sweet cherry tomatoes. Sweetie is known for its low acidity and high sugar

Vigorous plants produce heavy yields of 1-1.5″ round cherry tomatoes that grow in clusters of 15-20.

Tomatoes are best started indoors 4–6 weeks before your last frost date. Plant seeds ¼ inch deep and keep evenly moist. Optimum soil temperature is 70–90°F, which can be achieved with a heating mat. After 6–14 days, place new seedlings in a sunny window and fertilize every 2 weeks. Harden off your seedlings before planting by placing them outdoors during the day and bringing inside at night. Transplant 18–24 inches apart in rows that are 36–60 inches apart.

The Principe Borghese tomato is an Italian heirloom famous for sun drying.

They have a thin skin and a thick, very meaty flesh that houses few seeds and little juice, with a rich classic tomato flavor.

Small 1-to 2-oz, grape-shaped fruit is very dry and has few seeds. It has a rich tomato taste that is wonderful for sauces.

An old Italian variety, very suitable for drying and storing over winter. Very productive and healthy plants, that do not need support for growing. Produces intensely red tomatoes that weigh between 30 to 60 g each.

Plant is a second early variety with a deep large oblate shape. Fruit is a dark red colour. Fruits are suitable for tomato sauces and salads. A beef tomato or beefsteak tomato is one of the largest varieties of cultivated tomatoes, some weighing 450 grams or more. Most are pink or red with numerous small seed compartments distributed throughout the fruit, sometimes displaying pronounced ribbing similar to ancient pre-Columbian tomato cultivars

Vigorous tomato with exceptional disease resistance, succulent flavor, and enormous fruit size. 

This huge red beefsteak tomato is meaty and tastes both mild and sweet. Great for sandwiches. Our summertime favorite is the BLT with one thick slice of this tomato. This indeterminate plant can grow very tall and needs a cage or tie to a stake for support. A dependable big tomato with intense flavor.

Red Cherry: Cherry type fruits with an excellent flavour. Fruits are best suited for fresh consumption or sauces.

The name 'Ciliegia' simply translates from the Italian word for cherry. True to their name, the ripe tomatoes resemble cherries in their appearance, reaching a diameter of 1,5-2,5cm and a comparable dark red cherry colouring. Apparently this variety is originally from Sicily and due to its shorter to medium height, these tomatoes grow well in pots and on terraces.

This variety produces prolific, indeterminate vines that bear large, red cherry tomatoes with rich, full-bodied, mildly acidic flavor. Vines need staking.

Tomatoes are best started indoors 4–6 weeks before your last frost date. Plant seeds ¼ inch deep and keep evenly moist. Optimum soil temperature is 70–90°F, which can be achieved with a heating mat. It is very flashy with deep lobes, but a relatively small blossom scar. It is an exceptionally heavy yielder in high tunnels. There is very little gel, so Riviera is good for stuffed tomatoes. Riviera is an improved strain of Italian oxheart that bears huge, meaty fluted fruit that is good for stuffing or sauce. The flavor is mild when raw but makes a flavorful sauce.

The San Marzano paste tomato is Italy’s top choice as the perfect canning tomato. The flesh is much thicker with fewer seeds, and the taste is stronger, sweeter, and less acidic than Roma VF. This tomato processes well for paste, puree and canning due to their solid nature. Many find this variety better tasting than Roma.
